Terms of Service

By using Carakin you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Carakin helps families coordinate wellness tracking, schedules, and encrypted health notes. Features may change as the product evolves. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or legal compliance.

Your responsibilities

• You must be legally able to agree to these terms. • You are responsible for safeguarding your device, recovery code, and sign-in credentials. • You must have permission to add health profiles and health data for each person you track. • You must not use Carakin to store unlawful content or attempt to break encryption or access controls.

Family administration

Family admins can invite members, assign roles, grant key access, and permanently delete the family. Deletion is irreversible. All members lose access when a family is deleted.

Disclaimer

Carakin is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss caused by lost recovery codes, device failure, third-party outages, or misuse. Health information in the app is for family coordination only.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the in-app document date.
